Teen awarded YMCA Calgary Peace Medal

"Naheed Jivraj's 17th birthday was definitely cause for celebration as the Calgary teen was awarded the YMCA Calgary Peace Medal. Jivraj was awarded the medal yesterday, along with seven other recipients, at the Telus Convention Centre for his commitment to peace in his community and abroad. Jivraj was instrumental in forming a computer centre at a school in Pakistan, as well as helping people in Kenya and at home to use computers..."
